Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Your high quality  outdoor hot tub will ship out 1 week after we receive payment (or sooner).

We crate and ship our products at no additional charge and test 100% of our spas at least 60 minutes to make sure everything works perfectly before shipping out.  

Free Curbside Delivery With Lift Gate Service:  We will ship your new hot tub via freight service and provide a tracking number.  The freight company will contact buyer,  so that a delivery appointment for your spa is at a convenient time during a work week.  Please note, only lift gate service is included, this means the hot tub will be dropped off at street level and garage roll up service or other unloading service must be arranged and paid for by the buyer.  Most delivery service will have the option available and you can ask for the additional service when you receive your call for the appointment.

Return & Exchange Policy

You can return your hot tub to us for any reason within 30 days.  The buyer is responsible for the cost of return freight shipping to our warehouse.   Please send us an email to support@pacificahottubs.com so we may assist you with crating suggestions and help you get a reasonable freight quote as we get volume discounts.

Manufacturing Problems:

Almost any hot tub problem can be fixed out in the field with a service call.  In the 1 out of a 100 situation where that would not be a possibility, we will arrange a hot tub exchange within a reasonable timeframe.
